DRIFTHOUSE Welcomes Executive Chef Rafael Rocha

Chef Rafael Rocha has a strong background in the kitchen. Prior to coming to the Drifthouse this past year, he has spent time at Orchard Park by David Burke,  the Famous Ryland Inn as well as many other smaller venues here in NJ building his craft. We are excited to welcome him to his new role at The Drifthouse!
